→ Eliminate the root beliefs driving your patterns
I use the Lefkoe Method, a powerful process that helps you uncover and permanently eliminate the subconscious beliefs shaping how you feel, think, and behave. Beliefs like I’m not good enough or I have to make others happy to be loved are often the hidden drivers behind anxiety, procrastination, people-pleasing, or perfectionism. Once these beliefs are gone, the patterns they created naturally fall away.

→ Let go of survival strategies that keep you stuck
To cope with painful beliefs, we develop strategies like overachieving, people-pleasing, or perfectionism. These patterns might feel like who you are, but they’re actually just defenses. I’ll help you gently release them so you can live with more peace, ease, and authenticity.

You may feel fear when criticized, anxiety when someone raises their voice, or shame when attention is on you. I offer a process that breaks the automatic link between a trigger and your emotional reaction—so you respond from the present, not past conditioning.

Hi, I’m Blake Lefkoe

My sister, Britt, me, and our dad, Morty Lefkoe

My dad was Morty Lefkoe, founder of the Lefkoe Institute and creator of the Lefkoe Method. My mom, Shelly Lefkoe, is the cofounder of the Institute and has been the primary Lefkoe Method facilitator for over thirty years.

I grew up discussing personal transformation around the dinner table with the two most compassionate and incredible humans Iʻve ever known. You might think I would have absorbed some of that, but, like everyone else, I suffered from my own harmful beliefs and lived inside addictive patterns.

One day it finally dawned on me that the way I was living my life was not healthy or sustainable. In addition, I lacked any greater sense of purpose. I wasn’t moving forward, wasn’t fulfilled or satisfied. So I came back to my roots. I was incredibly fortunate to have this tool at my disposal and I used it to completely transform my life.

Now, I’m using my education as a Holistic Health Coach and my Lefkoe Method Training (LMT1, LMT2, LMT3, CLMF) to help people break free from their limitations and start living healthier, happier lives more aligned with their passions and values.
